Nic Herdrich is a former venture-backed entrepreneur, with a deep understanding of both the business and legal aspects of forming, growing, and exiting a business. Nic co-founded two high-growth start-ups, raising an aggregate of $30 million in financing and successfully exiting one of the companies. He advises first-time and serial entrepreneurs running companies in all stages of their lifecycles. Nic also serves as investor counsel for both angel investors and several venture funds. Nic believes start-ups are a tool that can be used to effectuate social change. He spearheaded an effort to pass benefit corporation legislation in Wisconsin and represented the first benefit corporation in the state.
Dan Grawronski solves legal and business problems from helping entrepreneurs refine early-but-visionary ideas into fundable business plans to executing successful exit transactions.
