Amy Jo Pedone, Certified Master Chocolatier of Valenza Chocolatier, Inc. as well as Vice-Chair of the WSB Alumni Board
Join the Weinert Center for Entrepreneurship to meet Amy Jo Pedone who started Valenza Chocolatier after working in the commercial real estate finance-lending industry. She completed the Professional Chocolatier Certification, an internship through Ecole Chocolat Professional School of Chocolate Arts, and earned an Ecole Chocolat Master Chocolatier Certification. Amy Jo graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance.

The UW-Madison Weinert Center for Entrepreneurship offers a weekly Distinguished Entrepreneurs Lunch program where local experts on entrepreneurship tell their unique stories and share their expertise and knowledge. This casual, fun and informal environment provides an opportunity to get advice and ask questions. The sessions occur over the lunch hour on Wednesdays from 12:15-1:00 p.m. in room 5110 Grainger Hall except where noted. Please consider joining us for all or some of their sessions!
