During Birk’s tenure, the Fetch app has grown to 17 million monthly active users and has consistently ranked among the top shopping apps on both iOS and Android, even reaching No. 1 overall free app.

The UW-Madison Weinert Center for Entrepreneurship offers a weekly Distinguished Entrepreneurs Lunch program where local experts on entrepreneurship tell their unique stories and share their expertise and knowledge. This casual, fun and informal environment provides an opportunity to get advice and ask questions. The sessions occur over the lunch hour on Wednesdays from 12:15-1:00 p.m. in room 5110 Grainger Hall except where noted. Please consider joining us for all or some of their sessions!
