Wisconsin is known for making and growing things. So much of our industrial strength lies in manufacturing and agricultural production. We're committed to accelerating the next generation of manufacturing, agricultural hardware and energy startups.  There is no need to go to the coasts to get a world-class HardTech experience.  The 18-week Wisconsin HardTech Accelerator is open to companies throughout the state.  With a mix of virtual and in-person meetings, this program will be a mini-MBA for hardtech founders.

The HardTech Accelerator is for you if you're:
  • a technical or scientific founder
  • building a physical product
  • working on sensors, hardware, robots, devices, measuring equipment or batteries
  • in the manufacturing industry, food bev and ag industry or energy industry
  • preparing an SBIR / STTR application

Join our flagship accelerator program!  If you want to get ready to apply for an SBIR/STTR grant for a hardware product, this is the program for you. Our content was developed in conjunction with LeanStack.

Hybrid Content Delivery

NEXT PROGRAM: Summer 2024

During the 18-week HardTech Accelerator, we will convene in Madison for 6 weekend sessions. The weekend session will be Friday afternoon to Saturday afternoon.  Travel and lodging expenses will be covered.
