Participants should come with openness to give and receive, support and be supported. We host these events in part to learn from one another. Sharing your experiences so others can learn is a gift.

We strive to create a safe environment for people from
all walks of life. We commit to holding space for brave conversations and actively listening to understand.

Practice sharing generously when it makes sense, and also practice creating space for others, especially those who may not always be as comfortable or inclined to share.
