About the Role
We're a profitable longevity-shake startup that makes and ships 100+ orders a day from our own Fitchburg factory, straight to customers and to 1,200 retailers nationwide. One shake replaces a shelf of supplements: 30g of grass-fed protein plus 20+ longevity nutrients at full doses, independently tested, in real organic flavors that customers rave about (98% of reviews are 5 stars). Our founder, Mike Tecku, built and sold three multi-million-dollar companies; this one is his legacy brand, built to add as many healthy, thriving years to people's lives as possible. You'll work on our production floor (weighing, mixing, filling, packing and shipping), get direct feedback from our founder, and take on improvement projects as you grow. $22/hr, rising to $24/hr after 90 days. 15–25 hrs/week, flexible weekday shifts between 8am and 4pm. Requirements
No experience required; we'll train you. 15–25 hrs/week, weekday shifts between 8am and 4pm. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for full shifts. Detail-oriented and follows procedures exactly.
