Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute daily accounting tasks, including overseeing journal entries, account reconciliations, and the preparation of comprehensive financial statements.
- Develop a professional and productive relationship with the firm’s clients and become a trusted advisor to them.
- Play a crucial role in pioneering and implementing innovative accounting policies and procedures to optimize financial operations.
- Lead in the preparation and in-depth analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Conduct meticulous reviews of financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, providing expert financial insights and supporting decision-making processes.
- Remain updated with evolving accounting regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance while initiating and implementing process enhancements.
- Assist with the preparation of business and individual tax returns.
- Engage in special projects, such as process automation, system implementations, and advanced financial analysis.
Qualifications:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Ideal Candidate had 1-2 years of accounting and tax experience.
- Demonstrate an extensive understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Exhibit proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Show excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, paying meticulous attention to detail.
- Possess strong communication skills, fostering collaboration among team members and clients.
- Display exceptional organizational and time management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines consistently.
